Merry Christmas Eve!
I hope you are able to enjoy this holiday season surrounded by those you love. My husband and I have been able to spend a lot of time with the family this year. We are heading out of state tomorrow to visit my wonderful mom and stepdad and the rest of our family. I’m excited to see my sister and her family who have come to town from New Mexico and my big brother and his family will be there as well.
This year my husband and I have decided that instead of buying a lot of big expensive presents, we wanted to create life long memories with each other and explore another amazing place in this world. So, in a little over a week we will be cruising to the Bahamas to celebrate Christmas. I have never been on a cruise so I’m excited and maybe a little anxious because I don’t know what to expect. It’s been extremely cold here the last few weeks so I’m excited to soak up the sun on a warm tropical island. We have an adventurous (and slightly suicidal) activity planned and I can’t wait to share the photos with you. Don’t worry, we will be safe!
