Prepping for Paris

Bonjour, friends!

I can’t believe it’s already the middle of August. How is summer almost over? (Insert ugly cry here). 😉 We’ve had an amazing summer filled with long days at the lake, family bbq’s, afternoons at the neighborhood pool, late night movies, hiking adventures, and more. It has been great to slow down and focus on family, friends, and fun, however, that means I’ve had little time to blog. Here’s to hoping that I can get back into the swing of things.

Celebrating the Fourth of July!

Because my last post went live over a month ago, I wanted to check in with you all. I have a couple more posts from our Turks and Caicos adventure on the schedule (I can.not.wait to return to those beautiful islands), and we are down to the final countdown to our Paris getaway! (Oui!)

  1. Alright now, I’m officially jealous of you two! Paris is certainly on my bucket list, *sigh*, maybe some day. But there’s still loads more to see in the United States, #SeeAmerica 😉

    1. Aloha Auntie,

Paris has been on our list for quite some time as well. It is finally starting to feel real that we are leaving soon. We are so excited for the sites, the bakeries, the museums, the food… 🙂 🙂
You are totally right, there are so many incredible places to see in the US. We’re only have way there in the ‘state count’ but I know we’ll get there someday. I have been super grateful that we’ve explored a lot of Utah over the last year. There are so many beautiful places right in our own backyard.
Is Hawaii on your horizon anytime soon?
