When we traveled to St. Maarten back in June, our day ended all too quickly. We had so much fun on that tiny island, and when we go back to visit I want to make sure that we do the following things:
Eat delicious food on the French side of the island. (I’m thinking pastries, hors d’oeuvres, and some great wine!)
Venture on the wild side and visit Orient Bay–a nude beach!
Not because I want to see other people in their birthday suits, but because I think that it would be liberating. I’m not going to lie, I might end up going at night when nobody is on the beach 😉
I also want to try paddleboarding and I’ve read that Pinel Island and Cul-de-Sac Bay are great places to try it out.
Have you been to St. Maarten/St. Martin? What’s on your “must do” list?

Hi Krystle, I’m the owner of the kayak and paddle board company in Cul de Sac. Nice to see you talking about us! Next you’ll come in St Martin, feel free to visit us, we will welcome you!
Have a great day,
What an honor to have you stop by my blog. I will definitely visit and rent a paddle board or two the next time we come to St. Maarten. Have a great day.
It is an honor for me that YOU talk about my company! It will be a pleasure for me to have you for a nice paddle session in Pinel Island or Grand Case. Take care!
We visited Orient Bay – we didn’t “partake” in the full nude beach experience, but we definitely got an eyeful! 😉 Birthday suits aside, the beach was beautiful.
One more reason to go at night… to avoid the “eyeful.” 😉 I can’t wait to read more about your trip to Chicago!
If I had a body like the woman in that picture I would gladly have a party in my birthday suit and invite the whole world. chuckle, chuckle
haha! My grandma is the coolest!
