When we traveled to St. Maarten back in June, our day ended all too quickly. We had so much fun on that tiny island, and when we go back to visit I want to make sure that we do the following things:
Eat delicious food on the French side of the island. (I’m thinking pastries, hors d’oeuvres, and some great wine!)
Venture on the wild side and visit Orient Bay–a nude beach!
Not because I want to see other people in their birthday suits, but because I think that it would be liberating. I’m not going to lie, I might end up going at night when nobody is on the beach 😉
I also want to try paddleboarding and I’ve read that Pinel Island and Cul-de-Sac Bay are great places to try it out.

We visited Orient Bay – we didn’t “partake” in the full nude beach experience, but we definitely got an eyeful! 😉 Birthday suits aside, the beach was beautiful.
One more reason to go at night… to avoid the “eyeful.” 😉 I can’t wait to read more about your trip to Chicago!
