What if Money Were No Object?

Money. We all need it; some of us have plenty, some of us have just enough, and some of us need more. But you never hear about anyone having “too much” money, right? The more money we make, the more money we spend (or for some of us, save), but we never have too much money.

Money being no object, where would you travel? You have one week to spend anywhere in the world without worrying about the cost. Where do you stay? What do you do?

Here’s my “Throw the Money out the Window” trip:

Moorea

The beautiful, the remote, the mystical and intriguing islands of the French Polynesia. With the culture and landscape similar to Hawaii, combined with the azure blue see-through color of the ocean, that reminds me of the Caribbean, this is my exotic destination of choice.

Bora Bora Le Moana Resort

My husband and I would rent an over-the-water bungalow. The idea of waking up every morning and jumping off my private balcony into the refreshing water below is a dream. I would be sure to include an All-Inclusive package of food and drink so I would never worry about where or what I’m eating next.

This is what our week would look like while we were there:

  1. Beautiful place, certainly looks like paradise to me. My dream trip if money (and time) were no object would be to take a world cruise, one that stops at Easter Island. Of course that would take a whole lot more than a week. And it still probably wouldn’t be long enough because no cruise or vacation is ever long enough.

  2. That’s a great idea! I’ll get to work on mine – its like a bucket list w/ no thought on how much it might cost to make it real! 😀

  3. ummm…. April 13th to April 19th…. Papeete…Moorea….Bora Bora….. I am going to search for that palm tree with the hammock….

  4. Yes this would be a blast. Look at that water. It looks like blue Koolaid. How couldn’t anything that resembles blue Koolaid be refreshing? Great post babe.
